Pre-halloween fun

A few weeks ago Lindsey asked matter of factly over dinner, "what are you and Dad going to be for Halloween".  Well I hadn't thought about it, nor was I planning to dress up.  But since we were called out by a 3 year old, it was decided that we were all in.  Lindsey has talked about being Tinkerbell for several months.  She put on the costume I bought and commented that she liked the dress but that Tinkerbell's wings are white, not green.  She also mentioned over the weekend that Tinkerbell has a white pony tail, not pink and wears green shoes with white balls on them.  I responded that we can get the white pony tail and wand figured out.  I can't bring myself to satisfy the green shoe request and thankfully she loves the blue sparkle boots she recieved for her birthday from Elsi.  So this Tinkerbell will probably have sparkle blue cowboy boots.

We dressed up in costume on Saturday, visited the Boo at the Zoo event at the Boise Zoo, and went out to lunch downtown.  It was super fun and we are really looking forward to Friday night.

Uncles

We haven't posted many updates this month. Lindsey is working on her 7th month and doing fabulous! We visited Ted and Lisa in Bend a couple of weeks ago. J.P. drove over from Eugene to meet up with us as well. Lindsey had her first taste of NFL football and a chance to spend more time with her two Uncles. The quote of the weekend was from Ted while I was feeding Lindsey one morning. He asked "Is this what you do every morning?" I wasn't exactly sure how to respond, it just cracked me up.

Visit from Great Aunt Patti and Uncle Mark

Chris's aunt and uncle Patti and Mark visited us in Boise over the weekend. They live up in Spokane and hadn't met Lindsey yet.   Thanks for the great evening and spending time with us!
