Snow Fun

We've been spending a fair bit of time in the snow lately. Chris and Lindsey make quite a pair on the skate skis. We recently returned from a trip in Jackson Hole with friends Mark, Carol, John, and Adrienne. Lindsey made her first trip to Teton Pass and guitar lesson from "Uncle" Mark!

8 months - crib moves

Lindsey is now 8 months old. This past month she started standing up in her crib and pulling herself up by grabbing on anything she can. She's thrilled with her new independence!

Cute cousins Hayden and Kylee love hanging out with Lindsey on Tuesdays.
She loves all of their "grown up" toys!

7 months, teeth, sippy cup, and smiles

Lindsey is really a happy baby most of the time. We were in the kitchen hanging out with her this evening and she was making funny faces at us while we were playing peek-a-boo and hiding under the table. I really enjoy these pictures because her delight is so genuine.  She is also just on the cusp of crawling.  Even though she can't crawl just yet, she's got her super model pose pretty well figured out.

A few wonderful ladies and Bruce

We visited Pam and Bruce for dinner last weekend. The girls played with Elsi's toys (thanks for sharing!). Thanks to Pam for hosting and a wonderful roasted chicken. We love you!

Uncles

We haven't posted many updates this month. Lindsey is working on her 7th month and doing fabulous! We visited Ted and Lisa in Bend a couple of weeks ago. J.P. drove over from Eugene to meet up with us as well. Lindsey had her first taste of NFL football and a chance to spend more time with her two Uncles. The quote of the weekend was from Ted while I was feeding Lindsey one morning. He asked "Is this what you do every morning?" I wasn't exactly sure how to respond, it just cracked me up.

Foothills Hike

We love taking Lindsey for walks in the foothills just above our house. We enjoyed a nice post-Christmas hike with Grandpa Jim and Grandma Sandee.
